Does DBF regulate my financial institution?

It may, although DBF does not regulate all financial institutions operating in Georgia. Some institutions may be federally regulated or may be overseen by other states entirely. Search for a bank to see if DBF acts as its regulator. Search for a credit union to see if DBF acts as its regulator.
