Formerly known as the State Ethics Commission, the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission collects all campaign finance and financial disclosure reports for the state and for local governments, advises and educates the public on all aspects of the Campaign Finance Act, and investigates potential campaign finance violations.
