What happens when I am no longer a Probate Judge?
If you are at least 60 years old, you may request your retirement benefits. If you are not yet 60, you can be placed in a “Paid Up” (vested) status so that your benefits start when you turn 60. Or, you can request a refund of dues if you are not yet vested.
