Prefiled Legislation for 2013 Legislative Session

To prepare for the legislative session that starts January 14, state legislators have begun filing bills and resolutions for consideration. Among these prefiles are bills that establish a commission to support the redistricting process after each census, allow for betting on horse races and require that schools install carbon monoxide detectors.
