Tracking Taxpayer Dollars

June 4, 2013
Several hundred dollar bills fan out in display.

During the past legislative session, the Georgia General Assembly addressed ethics reform and for the first time in Georgia's history set a cap on how much lobbyists can spend on state lawmakers. Governor Nathan Deal and legislators hope the transparency will encourage greater public trust in government.
