- Name reservations cost $25, original filing fees $100 and annual registration $50.
- No filing fee is charged for corporations submitting Articles of Dissolution or LLCs sending in Certificates of Termination.
- If you've failed to pay the annual registration fee for your business and you need to reinstate, the flat rate to do so is $250.
