To submit bids for government projects, you'll first need to register with Team Georgia Marketplace. After you register, you can follow the latest projects on the Georgia Procurement Registry.
- Get bidder and supplier training materials, and register for supplier orientation courses.
- Read the Supplier Source newsletters.
- If you have further questions, contact the Department of Administrative Services' State Purchasing at 404-657-6000.
Register as a sourcing bidder if your company provides a good or service but has not yet filled a purchase order, received a remittance or been awarded a contract by the State of Georgia. Register as a supplier if you have been sent a purchase order, received a remittance or been awarded a contract.
When you register as a supplier in Team Georgia Marketplace, your information from the financial system will link to your Tax Identification Number, and if you need to, you'll be able to update all existing information.
Used to match company profiles to bid events, the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing commodity codes identify what goods and services your company provides. The more accurately you list these codes in your profile, the more likely it is that you will receive bid invitations targeted to your business.
