How do I obtain a copy of a GBI lab report?
Send an email to OpenRecords@gbi.state.ga.us and include in your message your full name; mailing address; contact telephone number; the names of the subjects or victims of the investigation or report; the Georgia county or city where the incident occurred; and the date of the investigation or incident associated with your request. You'll hear from the Open Records Unit if you need to pay for the records before they are released.
