Bulk Corporations Data

GTA partners with the Office of the Secretary of State to provide corporations data in bulk. Customers can receive the data via a file transfer protocol (FTP) subscription that is payable by check or money order.

The FTP option requires the establishment of an account, the payment of the first month's fee, and the submission of a completed Bulk Corporations Data Agreement.

The following fees are nonrefundable:

-One-time purchase: $1,000
-Monthly FTP subscription
-Establish account: $100
-Monthly data: $500

Duplicate Records

There should be no duplicate records in the corporations database. If you find duplicates, please notify us so we can investigate.

File Format

The corporations data is available in plain text with the fields separated by "<tab>space." You can open the file in Microsoft Excel.
