First Day to Mail/Transmit UOCAVA Ballots to Applicants for General Election

This is the first day registrars may mail/transmit absentee ballot to UOCAVA voters with applications received through this day. After this day, timely received ballot requests must be mailed/transmitted within three days of receipt. Instant runoff ballots must also be included in UOCAVA ballot packet.
If you are in the military, a family member of an active service member, or you are currently living in another country, the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) entitles you to vote via electronic or mail ballot.
