1. Gather What You’ll Need

    To open a Peach Pass account, you’ll need:

    • Your name, address, and phone number
    • Your driver’s license number
    • The year, color, make, model, and license plate number for each vehicle that will use a Peach Pass
    • An initial prepaid toll balance payment of $20 (credit or debit card, check, money order, or cash at select Customer Service Center locations)
    • A credit or debit card for future account replenishment
  2. Get Your Peach Pass

    You can sign up for a Peach Pass account online, by phone, or in person.

    • Online
      • Visit mypeachpass.com.
      • Click the “Get My Peach Pass Now” button.
      • Follow the prompts to sign up for Peach Pass.
    • By Phone

      Call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center at 1-855-724-7277.

    • In Person
      • Locate a Peach Pass Retail Center near you.
      • Schedule an appointment, if your location requires it.
      • Visit during business hours to open your Peach Pass account.

    Manage Your Account

    Peach Pass customers can manage their accounts online at mypeachpass.com or through the Peach Pass mobile app. The app allows customers to:

    • Open and manage Peach Pass accounts
    • Add, remove, or update vehicles
    • View account balances and transaction history
    • Receive account alerts and notifications
    • Manage payment methods and account funding
  3. Next Steps

    • Once you receive your Peach Pass transponder, attach it to your vehicle according to the installation instructions before driving in Georgia Express Lanes.
    • Manage your account online at mypeachpass.com or through the Peach Pass mobile app.
    • If you sell a vehicle or no longer need a transponder, contact the Peach Pass Customer Service Center at (855) 724-7277 to deactivate it.
