Get Status of a Child Support Case

The Customer Online Services Portal is an interactive website that empowers either custodial parent, non parent custodian and the NCP to give or obtain information about your case and find out about payments to your account.

Child Support Services helps you collect or pay child support.

The Department of Human Services' Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) provides 6 different services to families that apply, including alternative program options for noncustodial parents (NCPs) that have financial difficulties and become self-sufficient.

Private agencies may claim to help you collect child support, but many of these will charge you a fee. Be suspicious of them. DCSS provides assistance at minimal to no cost to those that qualify, and you'll receive 100% of child support payments owed to your family.
