GPA
Established in 1945 by an act of the Georgia state legislature, the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) helps foster international trade and new industry for state and local communities. GPA develops, maintains and operates ocean and inland river ports within Georgia. They also promote Georgia's agricultural, industrial and natural resources, and they maintain the natural quality of the environment.
