State Ethics Commission

Formerly known as the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission, the State Ethics Commission collects campaign contribution disclosure reports, personal financial disclosure reports, and lobbyist disclosure reports. The Commission serves candidates and elected officials for state and local governments, advises and educates the public on aspects of the Campaign Finance Act, and investigates potential campaign finance violations.
