You need a license to fish or hunt in Georgia.
The Georgia Department of Natural Resources' Wildlife Resources Division issues fishing and hunting licenses.
To login to your DNR license account, you’ll just need to enter your last name, date of birth, and one of the following:

Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

Department of Natural Resources Customer ID

Driver’s license or state ID number
Persons who are not U.S. Citizens may use one of the following for the third identifier:

Passport number

U.S. travel visa number

Green card number
