The Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission provides grants to individuals for their post-acute care and rehabilitation for traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.

The Council On Developmental Disabilities promotes and creates opportunities to enable persons with disabilities to live, work, play and worship as an integral part of society.

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities provides treatment and support services to people with behavioral health challenges and addictive diseases and assists individuals who live with developmental disabilities.

The Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR), Motor Vehicles Division is responsible for issuing Disabled Persons Parking Placards (also referred to as hang tags, handicap permits, or handicap stickers) within Georgia. These are not available through Department of Driver Services (DDS) Customer Service Centers. Your application may be submitted to your local county tag office.

The Governor's Office of Disability Services Ombudsman promotes the safety, well-being, and rights of individuals with disabilities in Georgia. 

The Department of Education's Division for Special Education Services and Supports provides necessary infrastructure and supports for leaders, teachers, and families to meet the whole child needs of each student.

The State ADA Coordinator's Office helps state agencies understand requirements and issues concerning program accessibility, communications and employment for people with disabilities.
