Georgia's Aging and Disability Network is a network of organizations that support older people, those with disabilities of all ages, their families, caregivers and professionals who serve them. Contact the Aging and Disability Network to learn about aging services, including:

  • Health benefits, such as Medicare and the GeorgiaCares State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP)
